Day 3

Hello again!

Today is Day 3, and boy did it start off pretty bad!

Extreme nausea woke me up at around 6am.  I went to bathroom, sure I was going to throw up, but didn't.  Worried it was because of low blood sugar, I ate an apple.  I was okay for 30 minutes or so, then up came the apple.  I still felt crappy, drank a little water and thought I was going to be sick again.  So I was weak, and gave into my head, and had a very small amount of cereal and a Larabar.  I didn't want to feel like this all day, especially while taking care of Amina!  After the cereal, I felt better.  However, later in the  morning, I stood up quickly to say something to somebody, and my vision went black, and I couldn't finish what I was saying, it kind of slurred together.  Not sure if I was scared and just quit talking or what.  I *almost* fainted completely, and could feel myself swaying, but it left pretty quickly and I was able to stay standing.
So, later, I am feeling better.  I am really hoping this is due to the "carb flu" and I'm sure my insulin resistance is playing a part in this feeling.  I hope today was the only day!

Breakfast - Small bit of cereal, Larabar, tea

Snack - Half of a banana with almond butter

Lunch - Egg Omelet leftovers with guacamole, celery sticks and a couple small slices of banana (with a dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder) and sparkling water with lime juice.

Dinner - Planning on having a Bolognese sauce over spaghetti squash "noodles", with some sweet potatoes.  Not quite sure how I'm going to make them yet!

Pre-bedtime snack - Half of a banana, cut in slices, with almond butter sandwiched in between, dusted with unsweetened cocoa powder, frozen!  I haven't had it yet (it's not my bedtime) but I think it'll be yum!

Feelings - Better than this morning!  Back to my usual self

Exercise -  Walked 1.5 miles with baby on my back.  Treadmill said I burned 120 calories.

Notes:
Everybody really liked almond butter shrimp and the cauliflower risotto last night!  I offered peaches after  we ate, but nobody took me up on them, so I think we were sufficiently full!

I do want to make this a complete Whole 30, so I will add on a couple of days at the end!
